As a Branch Sales Professional, you’ll be the face of Venture: driving growth, mastering
communication, and learning how to sell, lead, and win in one of the most competitive

What You’ll Do
1. Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners and property managers
2. dentify pest issues or potential risks and provide tailored solutions
3. Present service options, close deals, and manage customer relationships
4. Generate new leads through strategic door-to-door outreach and local networking
5. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
6. Learn and apply sales systems that have produced top-earning reps nationwide
7. Uphold Venture’s reputation by maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times
